The Government have announced a plan to make it quicker and easier for patients to get care from GP practices and local pharmacy
The plan includes:
✅ tackling the 8am rush with better phone and online systems
✅ pharmacies supplying medicines for more conditions
✅ more staff and more appointments
✅ use of more technology including the NHS App.
I have been pushing this for months - and today asked a question about getting test results on the app! For some this will be much more convenient - including Mrs Bristow!
