I have been with business owners and the just brilliant Paston and Walton councillor Alex Rafiq for Paston & Walton at the Chadburn Centre to discuss the unfair parking situation there.
Shoppers are being issued with tickets incorrectly when they park at the centre - but are getting little help from the parking or management company when they challenge
In some cases, people are being fined for parking there for over a 24 hour period when in reality they had been there just for a few minutes - but returned again the next day.
This is having an impact on businesses and obviously on local people being handed big fines to pay. Alex and I are on the case
