While he was in Peterborough I also took the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to visit a great Peterborough business, Dalton Seeds, in Eye to hear about their plans and learn more about the issues affecting this industry.
Managing Director Peter Fox and Director Matthew Dalton took us for a tour of the facility explaining each step of the seed treatment and inspection process before we had a discussion about issues effecting the trade.
