What a waste? I am sick to death of travelling past this plot of land and seeing it used for street drinking, flytipping and other forms of anti-social behaviour. I worry about people walking back home from Town or the station.
I know for a fact there have been bids from local people to buy it - this would mean they could look after it and turn it into something useful - when will the Council do something about it?
