One last push! The Council seem determined to knock down the pool but we need to make our voice heard.
We need a brand new pool! I have a good track record in getting cash for #Peterborough - well over £100 million of levelling up money.
This week, I make a simple promise - if the Council work with me, and refrain from infantile stunts like the embarrassing photo in the Cathedral grounds, I will help deliver a new pool.
But in the short term we need a pool open for the public now - and this is in the gift of the Council.
We should make do and mend with what we have so that people have access now and think about the long term plan of a new pool later.
