The Council PR machine have told us that they are talking with M&S about a presence in the City Centre - but during my talks with M&S last Friday, I was told no such conversations had taken place?
What is going on?
I have decided to write directly myself and ask M&S to meet with the Council and come to #Peterborough. It’s time for the Council to get their finger out and do something.
